Bruce Telecom customers with self-identified accessibility needs are eligible for an extended trial period when purchasing cellular service on a term commitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re not completely satisfied, you may exchange or return your device if you meet the following four conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For postpaid mobile customers & Mobile Internet devices:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. You return the device within 30 days of your commitment start date.<\/li>
  2. You return the device and original receipt to your purchase location.<\/li>
  3. The device is in \u201clike new\u201d condition with all original packaging, manuals and accessories included.<\/li>
  4. You have not used the device excessively, in violation of our Responsible Use of Bruce Telecom\/Bell Services Policy.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    For prepaid mobile customers:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. You return the device within 30 days of your commitment start date.<\/li>
    2. You return the device and original receipt to your purchase location.<\/li>
    3. The device is in \u201clike new\u201d condition with all original packaging, manuals and accessories included.<\/li>
