These Hawks are local entrepreneurs and business owners themselves who not only provide financial support to the contestants, but their mentorship, expertise and open up their network of contacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, this event had 6 Hawks who all committed to invest $5000 in the entrepreneurs during the event totally a minimum of $30,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tony Solecki from Caframo Ltd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Craig Beck from The Beck Auto Group.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rhonda Kirk from Home D\u00e9cor and More<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Howard Sher from Quality Homes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ed Bosman from Bosman Home Front Ltd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amanda Farrell Walsh from Miller Insurance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This year entrepreneurs spanned across a variety of different industries, from organic pet treats to eco-friendly accommodations. Each contestant walked away with valuable advice, feedback and financial assistance from the six Hawks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The contestants were:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Olivia, Sierra and Cole Griffin \u2013 Griffin\u2019s Sweet Sensations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jennifer Osborn \u2013 EcoWool Canada Inc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monique Travale \u2013 Dill Doughs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nicole Ireland \u2013 Stilara<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julia Downer and Sharon Black \u2013 Black Forest Eco Oasis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amy Caperchione \u2013 iSUP Saugeen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Olivia Schlosser \u2013 Mutts About You<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bruce Telcom was a Gold Sponsor for this event.
