KINCARDINE, Ontario – Today, the Municipality of Kincardine completed its agreement with Windsor Private Capital for the acquisition of Bruce Telecom Inc. by way of a friendly acquisition bid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAll parties have completed the necessary due diligence process since entering into the agreement to purchase in October 2023, and have affirmed the transaction will proceed as intended.
